Non-Vintage by Enza from Veneto, Italy. Just the right balance of acidity and sugar turn this wine into a delicate sparkling wine. The bouquet bursts with fruity scents of pear and green apples with a lightly floral and citrus note. In the mouth, this wine exhibits the same characteristics as in the bouquet highlighted with a touch of peach and honeysuckle. Ideal for an aperitif or during Sunday brunch. The light refreshing quality with the balance of acidity make it extremely food friendly to go with almost any meal.
Non-Vintage by Mionetto from Italian, Italy. Our Mionetto Prosecco Organic D.o.c Treviso is made with certified organically-grown grapes (Bioagricert Srl. Mionetto). In the vineyard, the grapes are grown without synthetic chemicals and fertilizers. In the cellar, the wine is vinified separately to ensure purity. To reduce the carbon footprint of this wine even further we use recycled materials for the bottle, label and shipper. This delightful Prosecco is bright yellow in color. Its perfume of delicate elderflowers leads to an explosion of golden apples on the palate. Mionetto Prosecco Organic is the perfect accompaniment for seafood risotto, mussels and fish. It is also delicious as an aperitif.
Non-Vintage by Elke from North Coast, California. For more than two decades, the Elke family has been growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes to be made into sparkling wine by Mumm Napa and Roederer Estate. Naturally, they have become aficionados of sparkling wine, and when the opportunity arose to make some sparkling wine under our own label, we jumped at it. This non-vintage Brut is made from grapes grown in select Mendocino vineyards. It is produced using the methode traditionelle, and is 40% Pinot Noir (for structure and power) and 60% Chardonnay (for richness and finesse). This non-vintage Brut is aged en tirage for seven months, resulting in a crisp and yeasty sparkler that will complement almost any food.
Vintage by Veuve Clicquot from Champagne, France - regions. Its clear, brilliant, gold color lights up in the delicate tumult of fine bubbles produced by its persistent and remarkable effervescence. The nose is fresh, refined and elegant. Fragrances of citrus fruit and stone fruits (peach, apricot) appear first, which are then enriched by delicate, warm notes of sweet pastries, (almonds, Mirabelle plum tart): a subtle alliance of freshness and fullness. On the palate, the frank lively and pure attack moves into a powerful, structured palate, delicately chiseled from the minerality of Champagnes' chalky terroir. The generosity of the Pinot Noir's fruitiness resonates harmoniously with the freshness of the light candied citrus fruit aromas (lemon) which are embellished in the finish with delicate hints of toasted notes and dried fruit (apricots). Vintage 2008 is the perfect combination of power, freshness and finesse, and ends with an incredibly long finish.
