White Wine by J.J. Prum from Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany.
White Wine by Willamette Valley Vineyards from Willamette Valley, Oregon. This semi-sweet wine opens with luscious aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is juicy with bright acidity that activates the palate and displays flavors of peach, pineapple and honeysuckle. The finish is wonderfully persistent with balance of sweetness and refreshing crispness. Peak drinkability 2016-2018.
White Wine by Sparkman from Columbia Valley, Washington. This is bone dry Riesling made in a sort of Alsatian manner. With German clones. Dry. Tasty. Seriously Versatile. Smells like apple, peach and pear decorated with delicate flowers, honey and spice. Not surprising to catch a whiff of petrol as it matures. Tastes like tree fruits, citrus and a touch of the tropics, maybe even a little hot slate. Dry, rich, bright, spicy and lengthy.
White Wine by Lo-Fi Wines from Central Coast, California. Lo-Fi Wines' Coquelicot Vineyard Riesling is a vibrant wine with pronounced acid. This wine is best served nicely chilled. Like the wine itself, best served chilled with a side of down tempo ambient. Boards Of Canada or Brian Eno's classic Apollo: Atmospheres & Soundtracks.
