White Wine by Bell Wine Cellars from California. The 2015 sauvignon blanc is a crisp and refreshing wine with a very pale color and an elegant green tint. Classic sauvignon blanc citrus aromas such as grapefruit, lemongrass, green apple and kiwi fill the glass and eloquently suggests this will be a light, refreshing and enjoyable wine. Crisp and lean on the palate we find layers of citrus peel, melon, pineapple and a hint of lemon basil. The acidity is energizing but doesn't overpower and makes a perfect accompaniment to shellfish, poultry, fresh fish or just in a glass by itself!
White Wine by Henry Marionnet from Loire, France - regions. The range of flavors is much broad, like a firework with a delicately smoky and fruity nose, where one feels especially white flowers, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, and some blackcurrant.
White Wine by Domaine de la Perriere from Loire, France - regions. Brilliant color with green highlights. Lovely, delicate and intense aromatic expression on the nose, with notes of white flowers, fruits (melon, white peaches) and tropical fruits (mangos). On the palate, the wine is pleasant with long-lasting fruit flavors.
White Wine by Robert Mondavi from Napa Valley, California. Oakville Sauvignon Blanc is celebrated for its ripe fruit, subtle minerality and rich texture, and this wine wonderfully expresses that Oakville personality. The fruit intensity of the 2012 is matched by mouthwatering acidity in a wine that weaves lemon and grapefruit citrus, melon fruit, herbal and verbena floral with lemongrass and an integrated touch of nutty oak character. Blend: 92% Sauvignon Blanc & 8% Semillon.
