Red Wine by Courbis from Rh ne, France - Rhone. The Courbis St. Joseph is vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with 15 days of vatting. It is aged in a combination of 20% tanks and 80% barrels. The casks are 15% new and the balance 2-3 years old. After 10 months, the barrel aged wine is assembled back in tank for a few more months before bottling.
Red Wine by Domaine Terlato & Chapoutier from Victoria, Australia. #66 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2015 A spicy Shiraz from the vineyards of Central Victoria brightens with a boost of Viognier for aroma and balance, as often practiced in France's most highly regarded appellation of the Northern Rhone Valley, Cote Rotie. The grapes grown in this Austrialian vineyard were planted on 19th century French rootstocks, another nod to the French tradition and influence in this new world wine. This wine is a collaborative effort between two renowned wine families; Chapoutier from the Rhone Valley in France, and the Terlato family of Napa Valley in California.

Red Wine by Torbreck from Barossa Valley, Australia. Intense, lifted aromatics are released as soon as the wine is opened; dark cherry creme de cassis and hints of nutmeg all come to the fore with an underlying opulent fruit profile of black olive, cassis and plum. A dark, rich and silky palate with deep red cherry fruits, clove, lavender & licorice all interwoven with hints of sweet spice and cinnamon. The layers and diverse fruit characters continue to evolve in the glass with anise, hints of almond, earth, blackberry and pepper all becoming more apparent as the wine evolves in the glass. A rich, opulent RunRig 2013 will certainly reward those with patience. Blend: 98.5% Shiraz and 1.5% Viognier
